Propel Housing was formed in 2009 by a group of real estate professionals who identified opportunities to  create affordable housing in Sacramento County for low income families.

Propel Housing provides affordable housing to low income families and combats neighborhood blight by buying deteriorating homes, renovating them, and providing low income families rental and ownership opportunities.
